Software Developer Backend (m/f/d)

Our Software Engineering Group implements siverse and innovative digitization projects in Industry 4.0. We support a wide range of technologies, from simple database applications to complete web frontends to augmented reality and machine learning.
An important factor in the implementation of new customer solutions is the problem-oriented and agile way of working within our agile development team. We rely on cross-functionality and customizable expertise.

YOUR TO-DOS

  • Development of internal frameworks and software solutions for our customers
  • Implementation of new features to improve our software solutions
  • Working in an agile working environment and contributing your own ideas to the team

YOUR SKILLS

  • You have successfully completed a degree in computer science/IT, application development, software technology, engineering
  • You bring creativity and imagination to the development of new solutions
  • You are proficient in high-level language programming (e.g. C#, .NET Core)
  • Ideally, you should have knowledge of one of the following technologies: Entity Framework, REST, MQTT, Databases or OPC UA
  • SCRUM is not a foreign word to you
  • You are happy to take responsibility for “your” product and work openly and constructively in an agile team
  • You have high demands on the quality of the work and the resulting solutions.

Feelgood Manager (m/f/d)

As part of Harro Höfliger, we are taking new paths with this startup and are looking for a Feelgood Manager (f/m/d) at the location in Rommelshausen. You support and relieve executives in our Digital Innovations department and are therefore directly based here.

  • Support in employee development
  • Preparation and conducting of development and employee discussions
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Organizational support of our apprentices, students, and interns
  • Focus on employee satisfaction and retention
  • Contribution to our positive culture of courage
  • Conflict management and mediation
  • Care (return-to-work discussions, etc.)

YOUR SKILLS

  • Experience as Feelgood Manager (f/m/d), in personnel management, in HR or interest for new tasks
  • Ideally experience with agile work and an agile values understanding
  • High confidentiality and pronounced loyalty
  • Very good communication skills
  • High level of initiative and independence
  • Intercultural competence
